The present times are rather unsettling for us all, especially when it comes to the enjoyment of shopping for gifts and presents.   

At the moment, more than ever, independent shops need the support from many and I really encourage you to ‘Think big and shop small’ to keep our High Streets alive and us small businesses afloat. 

Lavenham is a wonderful village, full of extremely talented folk who run a wealth of shops – you can literally buy just about anything in the village.  It boasts tea rooms, restaurants and two wonderful hotels in The Great House and The Swan including a relaxing Spa! 

At the present time The Parlour's opening hours will be limited due to the current COVID restrictions. so I shall be making regular posts on Instagram and Facebook to show you some of the gift ideas and foodie treats available. If you would like to purchase anything during this time, I am setting up click and collect option, I can pop things in the post or if you live close by I can even deliver to your door. Once restrictions are eased I very much look forward to welcoming you back, but if you would prefer to shop on your own or with a friend then I will offer half an hour appointments where you can shop safely. Enjoy a cup of coffee, browse and take your time.
